SECTION 3 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

3.3. Perishable Goods Disclaimer: As a raw, unpasteurized food product, our sauerkraut must be handled and stored properly upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage or damage due to delivery delays or improper storage after the package is delivered to the shipping address.

3.4. Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
